About This Role
BrightSpan Cleaning is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated independent contractors to help generate new business. This is a commission‑only role with full flexibility — work when you want, and earn based on the clients you bring in.
How It Works
- You generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- You earn commission on each new client you bring in.
- There are no fixed hours — work as much or as little as you want.
- All onboarding, quoting, and scheduling tools are provided.
- You will have access to the contractor dashboard to track your clients and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients
- Communicate BrightSpan’s services clearly and professionally
- Submit client details through the contractor dashboard
- Follow up with leads as needed
- Represent BrightSpan with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Ability to work as an independent contractor in Canada
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation
- Self‑motivated and organized
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
Compensation
This is a commission‑only role. You earn a percentage of the revenue from each new client you bring in. Commission details will be provided during onboarding.
This position may turn into an hourly paid position +commission
