BrightSpan Cleaning partners with independent contractors to complete residential and commercial cleaning jobs. As a contractor, you maintain full control over your schedule and the jobs you choose to accept.
How Job Offers Work
- When a new cleaning contract is posted, it is first offered to the contractor at the top of the rotation list.
- If unclaimed, the offer expands to the next contractor every hour.
- Multiple contractors may receive the offer, but the first to claim it gets the job.
- Once claimed, the job is added to your contractor dashboard calendar.
- Other contractors are notified that the job has been taken.
Requirements
- Ability to work as an independent contractor in Canada
- Reliable transportation
- Basic cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, cloths, etc.)
- Professional communication and reliability
Compensation
Contractors are paid per job. Rates vary depending on job size, duration, and service type. All compensation details are shown before you claim a job.
